Chocolate cookie

Ingredients 
  •  2 cups maida( all purpose flour) 
  •  2 cups sugar powder
  •  1 cup condensed milk 
  •  1/2 cup refine oil
  •  4 tablespoons coco powder
  •  1 table spoon Baking powder
  •  1/2 tablespoon baking soda
  •  1 spoon salt
  •  1 cup amul cream
  •  1 dairy milk chocolate 
  •  1 cup milk or hot water
  • Disposable tea cups( no plastic one)


Step 1: Preparation of batter
  • Take a bowl, add 1 cup condensed milk + half cup refined oil and mix well for 5 mins
  • Add maida+ sugar+ coco powder+ baking powder + baking soda+ salt and mix 
  • Gradually add milk or hot water to smoothen the batter. Keep on stirring the mixture 5 -6 mins
  • Take an iron tawa, heat for 10 mins in medium flame .

Chocolate cookie

  • Take an aluminum utensil put it on gas in low flame heat the utensil. 
  • Take some disposable tea cups grease with oil and sprinkle  little maida on walls of the cups and then pour the batter on the cups. Dab the  cups 3-4 times so bubbles do not form.
  • Put an aluminum foil or a aluminum plate to cover the utensil . Heat it at low flame for 40mins.
  • After 40 mins, remove the cover and take a knife to check whether the cupcakes baked or not. If not heat it for another 10 mins. 
  • After the cupcakes baked, slowly take out the cupcakes and keep it to cool down. 
  • Now your cakes ready to serve... Yummm!!!
