Chocolate Cake Recipe Easy
Chocolate cake in microwave/, microwave convection / oven
Ingredients
- 2 cups maida( all purpose flour)
- 3 cups sugar powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons coco powder
- 1 table spoon Baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 cup curd/ yogurt
- 1 cup amul cream
- 1 dairy milk chocolate
- 1 cup milk
Step 1: Preparation of batter
- Take a bowl, add butter + 1 cup powder sugar and mix well to make a smooth batter + add 2 eggs gradually, and mix well all to form a nice batter.
- Take another bowl, Add maida + sugar+ coco powder+ baking powder + baking soda+ salt + add curd.
- Gradually add the smooth batter to dry ingredients . Keep on stirring the mixture 5 -6 mins.
- If need add milk gradually to smooth the batter/ consistency.
- Baking method
- 1.You can take an iron tawa, heat for 10 mins in medium flame.
- Take an aluminum tea pan, grease with oil and sprinkle little maida on walls of the pan and then pour the batter on the pan. Dab the pan 3-4 times so bubbles do not form.
- Put an aluminum foil or a aluminum plate to cover the tea pan. Place the tea pan on the tawa and turn the gas from medium to low flame. Heat it for 40 mins
- After 40 mins, remove the cover and take a knife to check whether the cake baked or not. If not heat it for another 10 mins.
- After the cake bakes, slowly take out the cake with the help of knife and then allow it to cool.
- 2. Microwave, convection / oven
- Preheat your oven. Then set temperature 180°c for 30- 40 mins.
- You can also bake on microwave mode at 900w for 3 - 5 mins.
Whipped cream preparation
Take a cream and whipped it to form a thick cream then add sugar gradually and whipped it to form a smooth cream with thick consistency.
